• Domora is only an intermediary. We connect clients and professionals; we are not a party to any agreement between them.
• Domora is free. We do not process payments, hold money or take any commission. All payments happen directly between users, outside the platform.
• We do not verify users, their identity, qualifications, licences, insurance or the quality or safety of any service. Please check who you deal with yourself.
• Price, scope, timing, cancellations and refunds are agreed strictly between the client and the professional. Domora gives no guarantees and does not resolve disputes.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domora and its owners accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, non-payment or poor work arising from use of the service. The service is provided as is.
• You use Domora at your own risk and responsibility. You are responsible for the content you post and for acting lawfully. Accounts that break these terms or the law may be removed at any time.
• Nothing here removes any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
